‘Doomsday mom’ Lori Vallow Daybell in her sentencing hearing for murdering her two children said she has spoken to them in heaven and that they ‘are happy’.

Vallow Daybell, 49, read from a statement when given the opportunity by the judge on Monday afternoon.

‘Jesus knows me and Jesus understands me. I mourn with all of you who mourn my children,’ said Vallow Daybell.

Vallow Daybell said she died while giving birth in 2002 to her daughter Tylee Ryan, who is one of her children she is convicted of killing. As doctors worked on her, Vallow Daybell said ‘I felt my sprit falling to the floor’ and that she watched her body.

‘Because of this experience, I have access to heaven and the spirit world,’ she claimed. ‘Since then, I have had many communications from people now living in heaven including my children.’

She continued: ‘Because of these communications, I know for a fact that my children are happy and busy in the spirit world.’
